Synthacle ("we", "us", "our") develops and sells audio plugins and expansion packs for music production. By purchasing or using our products, you agree to these terms.
When you purchase a Synthacle product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on up to 3 devices that you personally own or control. You may use the software for any purpose, including commercial music production. The license is perpetual and includes all updates to the major version you purchased.
We offer a free 14-day trial for our plugins so you can evaluate the product before purchasing. The trial is fully functional. No payment information is required to start a trial.
All purchases are one-time payments processed securely via Stripe. Prices are displayed at checkout and include applicable taxes where required. You will receive your license key via email after purchase.

You own any audio content you create using our products. Synthacle retains all rights to the plugin software, presets included with the product, expansion pack content, branding, and website. You may not use the Synthacle name, logo, or branding without prior written consent.
Our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for lost work, DAW crashes, data loss, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
We may revoke your license if you violate these terms, in particular the license restrictions in Section 5. In the event of termination, you must uninstall and delete all copies of our software from your devices.
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our products after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
