These terms govern the use of products and services offered by Phantom Sounds SRLS, with registered office at Via IV Novembre 195, 73041 Carmiano (LE), Italia — P.IVA / C.F.: 05213440752 (operating under the brand "Synthacle"). By purchasing or using our products, you agree to these terms.
When you purchase a Synthacle product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on up to 3 devices that you personally own or control. You may use the software for any purpose, including commercial music production. The license is perpetual and includes all updates to the major version you purchased.

It is your responsibility to verify compatibility with your system before purchasing. We provide a free trial for this purpose.
We offer a free 14-day trial for our plugins so you can evaluate the product before purchasing. The trial is fully functional. No payment information is required to start a trial.
All purchases are one-time payments processed securely via Stripe. Prices are displayed at checkout and include applicable taxes where required. You will receive your license key via email after purchase.
Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, implemented in Italy by Art. 59 D.Lgs. 206/2005 — Codice del Consumo), you have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
However, for digital content supplied immediately (such as plugin license keys and expansion packs), you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content at the time of purchase, and you acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal. This waiver is confirmed via an explicit checkbox during checkout.

You own any audio content you create using our products. Synthacle retains all rights to the plugin software, presets included with the product, expansion pack content, branding, and website. You may not use the Synthacle name, logo, or branding without prior written consent.
Our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for lost work, DAW crashes, data loss, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
We may revoke your license if you violate these terms, in particular the license restrictions in Section 7. In the event of termination, you must uninstall and delete all copies of our software from your devices.
These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers residing in the EU, any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of the consumer's place of residence, in accordance with EU Regulation 1215/2012.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our products after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
