  • License data: hardware identifiers used for product activation (up to 3 devices)
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically when you visit our website
  • Payment data: processed entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number
  • Support correspondence: emails and messages you send us

3. How We Use Your Data & Legal Basis

  • Processing purchases and delivering license keys — legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
  • Managing product activations and license verification — legal basis: performance of a contract
  • Providing customer support — legal basis: performance of a contract
  • Website analytics (Google Analytics) and marketing attribution (Meta Pixel) — legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), collected via cookie banner before any tracking is activated
  • Sending product updates and important notices related to your purchase — legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)

We share data with the following providers, solely to operate our business:

  • Supabase — database and license management (USA)
  • Google Analytics — website analytics (USA)

The third-party services listed above may process your data in the United States or other countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA). All traffic is encrypted via HTTPS. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no system is 100% secure.

10. Children

Our products are not intended for users under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
